It’s that time of the year when your little goblins and ghouls come home Halloween evening with their candy containers filled to the the brim. Those smiles are priceless as they sort through pounds of candy but if you’re like most parents, you might be thinking, “All that candy can’t be good for my child’s teeth.”
That’s why we’re offering to take it off your hands – and for a good cause! Champagne Pediatric Dentistry will be hosting a Candy Give Back campaign at our Sparks and South Meadows locations to support a program called Operation Gratitude to benefit our troops, veterans and first responders.
And to motivate your child to keep those pearly whites nice and healthy, we’ll even pay you $1 per pound of candy!
The Candy Give Back program will run from Nov. 1 – 7. Just come in during regular business hours to either 735 Sparks Blvd. in Sparks or 9598 Prototype Ct. near Sprouts in South Meadows, Reno. Here are a few things to know about the campaign:
- Please donate individually wrapped, fun-sized candy only
- We welcome handwritten thank you letters and
drawings for service members, veterans and first responders. We’ll gladly ship them to Operation Gratitude on your behalf.
- Feel free to donate pens and mechanical pencils as well and we’ll ship them!
We hope you enjoy participating in this fun Halloween event to keep your children’s teeth healthy and to bring some joy to America’s troops, veterans, and first responders!
