Prior to your child’s first visit, please complete your insurance and health information forms to allow us to begin dental treatment, or fill out your forms online ahead of time. Depending on your desired examination, your child’s initial visit may last anywhere from 40-90 minutes. If you have an urgent matter that you’d like to address without looking at other areas, it will be on the shorter side. Our Champagne Family Membership Plans provide essential dental services for adults and children for a low monthly payment of $29 per month for children up to the age of 12 and $39 for patients 13 and older, with a $99 setup fee per family.
