At Champagne Pediatric Dentistry, you will always be greeted with a friendly smile and a personal touch by our pediatric dentists and team members. Prior to your child’s first visit, please complete your insurance and health information forms to allow us to begin dental treatment or fill out your forms online ahead of time. Your child’s initial visit may last anywhere from 40 to 90 minutes. If you have an urgent matter that you would like us to address first, it will be on the shorter side. Our Champagne Family Membership Plans provide essential dental services for adults and children for a low monthly payment of $29 per month for children up to the age of 12 and $39 for patients 13 and older, with a $99 setup fee per family.
