Our Services
Using advanced technology and industry standard techniques, our pediatric dental crowns balance the health care needs of your child with the aesthetic importance of their smile to find the optimal course of treatment.
Stainless Steel Dental Crowns
Stainless steel crowns are metal caps designed to slide over the top of a tooth and mimic its size and function. They are most often used to preserve baby teeth from damage or falling out prematurely — both of which can affect the health of permanent teeth later on.
White Dental Crowns
White crowns are made of zirconia, a super-strong, specially made biomedical porcelain that more closely matches the natural color of your child’s teeth. White crowns are super durable, but they are thicker and require more tooth material to be removed to fit comfortably.

What Is a Dental Crown?
Dental crowns are thin dental prosthetics designed to slip over a damaged or decayed tooth to restore proper bite function and, in some cases, the aesthetics of your teeth. In children, crowns are often needed to preserve the critical function of baby teeth. While they will eventually be replaced by permanent teeth, premature decay or loss of baby teeth can be detrimental to oral health, digestion and speech patterns as children develop. Our pediatric crowns are installed by medical professionals using the highest quality materials to keep your child’s smile complete and their mouths healthy.
Pain-Free Experience — We Offer Different Forms of Dental Anesthesia
In certain cases, general anesthesia can make young patients more comfortable and a dentist’s job safer and more effective. We offer different types of sedation services depending on our patient’s needs and their parent’s preference, and we provide in-office general anesthesia through a partnership with a trained anesthesiologist.
Local Anesthesia
Local anesthesia is a numbing agent that is applied directly to the tooth and surrounding gums. It is generally used for fillings and other simple procedures.
Nitrous Oxide
Known to many as “laughing gas,” nitrous oxide is an inhaled sedative that numbs any pain and relieves anxiety while the patient remains awake through a procedure. It acts fast and wears off with no side effects.
Conscious Sedation
Usually administered in the form of a pill an hour or so before the procedure, oral sedation alleviates pain and anxiety without making a patient unconscious.
General IV Anesthesia
IV anesthesia is usually reserved for longer procedures or exceptionally anxious patients. The anesthesia is applied through an IV, where it works quickly and steadily while the patient remains unaware of their surroundings.
